This rich & creamy chocolate ice cream tastes similar to a Wendy's Frosty! It tastes even better the next day when you scoop it out of the freezer!1-1/4 cups hot chocolate powder (NOT baking cocoa powder)
1 cup whole milk--heated
2 Tbl. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 Tbl. vanilla
1-1/2 cups cream
1/2 cup half-and-half
Dissolve hot chocolate powder and sugar in hot milk. Whisk and chill this mixture. When it is cold, mix in salt, vanilla, cream, and half-and-half. Put into ice cream maker to freeze!
