Chocolate Orange Drop Squares

1/2 cup margarine
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 large egg
1 Tbl. orange zest
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips (don't use semi-sweet!)

Beat butter and cream cheese until light.  Add powdered sugar and egg.  Beat until smooth.  Add zest and vanilla.  Mix in flour, salt, and chocolate chips.  Spread in 9x9" pan, lined with foil or parchment and sprayed.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. until edges barely start to tan. Cool before frosting.

Icing:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbl. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 - 2-1/2 cups powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese with orange juice.  Add powdered sugar and beat.  (Add more powdered sugar or orange juice as needed for easy spreading.)  Spread over bars.  Keep refrigerated. Cut into small squares when cool.
