5 cups finely chopped/crushed strawberries (about 3 lbs.)
2 cups sugar
6 Tbl. "Ball--Real Fruit Instant Pectin" OR "Ball-Real Fruit Freezer Pectin"
Stir pectin into sugar in a large bowl. Set aside.
Wash and hull strawberries. Chop in food processor or crush with potato masher.
Pour 5 cups crushed berries into sugar mixture.
Stir continuously for 3 min.
Pour into clean containers or jars. Let set for 30 min.
Put in fridge or freezer.
