Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake Mounds

Bowl #1: Whisk Together
2-1/2 cups pancake mix (the "just-add-water" type)
1/3 cup sugar

Bowl #2: Whisk Together
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Stir together bowls 1 & 2.  
Add 1/3 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Using a mini ice cream scoop, Drop balls into smaller rectangle-size greased baking dish--touching each other, right close.  

Topping: Mix together 
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Sprinkle topping over balls of dough.  Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min. until golden brown.
