1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup (8 oz.) canned pumpkin
2 cups flour
1 cup quick oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix butter with sugars. Add egg, vanilla, and pumpkin. Mix in dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Use small scoop to drop batter onto metal cookie sheet, greased or lined with parchment. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 min.
