Cupcakes:4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 white cake mix
1 package (3.4 oz) French Vanilla instant pudding mix
Mix well. Spoon batter into muffin tins, lined with cupcake liners. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool then fill.
Filling:
1 cup milk
1 package (3.4 oz) Cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix
4 oz. (1/2 container) whipped topping
Whisk or mix milk and pudding mix together until smooth and starts to thicken. Fold in whipped topping. Fill a decorating bag with a large star tip. Insert into top of cupcake and fill. Frost with chocolate frosting.
