Chocolate Cream-filled Cupcakes

Cupcakes:
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package chocolate cake mix (I prefer Devil's Food)
1 (3.4 oz) package chocolate instant pudding mix

Mix well.  Spoon batter into 30 muffin tins, lined with cupcake liners.  Bake at 350 degrees. Cool then fill.

Filling: (This doesn't make quite enough to fill all 30 cupcakes)
1 cup milk
1 package (3.4 oz) Cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix
4 oz. (1/2 container) whipped topping

Whisk or mix milk and pudding mix together until smooth and starts to thicken. Fold in whipped topping.  Fill a decorating bag with a large star tip.  Insert into cupcake and fill.  Frost with chocolate frosting.

Chocolate Frosting:
