This glaze is great for a Bundt cake. The cake must be completely cool or the glaze won't stick.
Over MED. heat, bring butter, sugar and alt to boil. Add cream and boil for 2 min. more. Let cool for about 5 min. and then use mixer to mix in powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over cake while glaze is still hot.
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar
