Sukiyaki Stir-Fry

1- 1-1/2 lbs. petite sirloin, sliced thinly while still partially frozen

In a large skillet (NOT non-stick), heat a bit of oil and stir-fry steak...leaving bits of meat on bottom of pan for flavor.  After meat has stir-fried, Stir-fry veggies:
Vegetables: (Put in whatever you want or have on-hand!)
Sliced carrots
Sliced celery
Onion slices
mushrooms, fresh or canned
bamboo shoots
chopped water chestnuts
bean sprouts, canned or fresh
Edible pea pods
Zucchini
Mini corns

When veggies are tender-crisp, pour on Sauce:
Sauce: (Mix in small bowl)
1 tsp. beef bullion granules
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbl. sugar

Simmer a bit, covered so veggies will soften and serve over rice.  Can be topped with crunchy chow mein noodles, if desired.  This sauce is a liquidy, soy-sauce-type sauce...not thickened like other recipes.
