2/3 cup green enchilada sauce or salsa verde
1/4 lb. hot pepper cheese, grated
1/4 cup - 1/2 cup cream or milk
1 can mushrooms, drained
Fry meat in 1-2 Tbl. oil, allowing browning to get on bottom of pan. After frying meat, add rest of ingredients. Stir and simmer 'til thickened. Fill flour tortillas. (Can be fried or put in George Foreman grill, if desired.) Can be served with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
