3-1/2 - 4 lbs. ground beef (lean or extra lean)
Sprinkle of dried onion
1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup BBQ sauce + more if desired (We like Bull's Eye or Sweet Baby Ray's)
2 Tbl. cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
In large pot, brown ground beef and dried onion plenty. Add other ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally. Can be frozen in smaller portions in freezer bags for quick meal later.
