Taco Meat

3-1/2 - 4 lbs. lean ground beef
2 pkgs. taco seasoning
3-1/2 cups water
1 cup dried potato flakes or potato pearls
1 cup fat-free Kraft Catalina dressing
1 Tbls. cumin
1 med. potato, washed and finely grated
1 can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

In large pot, brown ground beef, plenty.  Add rest of ingredients and simmer a while until thickened, stirring occasionally.  Can be put in smaller size freezer bags for a quick meal later.  Use for taco salads, taco wraps, and in crispy shells.
