Sesame Pork Ribs

3-5 lbs. boneless pork ribs--place in slow cooker and cover with sauce

Sauce:
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbl. vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt

Cook, covered on low heat for 5-6 hours.  Remove meat and shred into chunks a bit in serving dish.

Strain sauce into a small sauce pan and heat on med-high.  Mix 2 Tbl. corn starch with 3 Tbl. water and add to saucepan.  Cook over med. until thick and bubbly.  Pour desired amount of sauce over meat.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds.  Serve over rice or with baked potatoes.
