This recipe is just like the lunch-box style Hawaiian meals...with a drizzle of sauce on top!
Great served with Macaroni Salad and Coconut Rice!
Marinade for boneless-skinless thighs or tenders:
Whisk together:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Pour into ziplock bag with raw chicken pieces. Allow to marinate several hours or overnight. Grill chicken and slice to serve.

Bring to boil, whisking in small saucepan. Turn heat to medium-low and continue to simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool a bit before pouring into squirt bottles for drizzling!
