1 cube butter
2 cups heavy cream
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (not the bottled stuff)
In medium saucepan, melt butter, cream, and cream cheese together. Cook over medium heat until melted. Add seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a gentle simmer and continue to cook and stir for 3 min. until it begins to thicken.
