1 lb. ground pork (not sausage)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1-1/2 cups crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, whisked
Mix together, squishing with hands so it's well-incorporated.
Form into 12 large balls and place in greased muffin tins.
Put 1-2 Tbl. glaze (recipe below) or barbecue brisket sauce on each meat ball.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 min. until done inside.
Can be served with oven-roasted potatoes.
