Caramel Toffee Skor Cake

1 box chocolate cake mix (I prefer Chocolate Fudge or Devil's Food)
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup caramel sauce (homemade or purchased)
3-4 Skor or Heath candy bars, crushed
1 small tub whipped topping

Mix cake mix with eggs, sour cream, milk, and oil.  Bake according to package directions.  Allow to cool for 5 min. after baking.  Using end of skewer or wooden spoon, poke holes every 1/2" all over warm cake.  Pour can of sweetened condensed milk all over cake, allowing it to seep into holes.  After milk has been absorbed, pour caramel sauce onto cake, allowing it to absorb as well.  Cover cake and put in fridge for a long time.  When ready to serve, "frost" cake with whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped toffee bars.
