3 boneless, skinless breast halves
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 bar cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 pkg Ritz crackers (15 crackers)
2 Tbl. butter, melted
2-3 tsp. poppy seeds
Cook chicken until barely done. Pull apart or dice. (It will finish cooking when you bake it.) Spray small casserole dish with non-stick spray and put shredded chicken in dish. Melt cream cheese, sour cream and soup together in a small saucepan until combined. Pour over chicken. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of chicken. Top with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. until hot and bubbly. Good served with rolls and cooked carrots.
