Parmesan Chicken

2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (not the kind in the bottle for topping)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 large breast halves OR 10 large chicken tenders--flattened with mallet
1/2 cube butter or margarine, melted

In shallow pan, combine bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, and pepper.  Dip tenderized chicken into melted butter and then roll into crumb mixture.  Arrange on stoneware pan.  Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 min or until no longer pink.  (Don't over-bake chicken or it will be dry.)
