1 cube margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick oats
In saucepan over med-heat, melt margarine. Add sugar and milk. Whisk and stir. Bring to boil over medium heat and let boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour over oats in separate bowl. Stir. Let set for 3-5 minutes, allowing oats to soak up moisture and set a bit. Using small cookie scoop or regular spoon, put scoops onto waxed paper and put in fridge or freezer to cool.
