3/4 cup margarine (1-1/2 cubes)
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Caramel Glaze (wait until cake is cooled to glaze):
2 Tbl. butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Bring butter, sugar, and salt to boil over medium heat. Add cream and bring to boil again, stirring for 1-2 more minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 min. Use mixer to add powdered sugar. Pour over cooled cake.
