1 16-oz. can refried beans
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbl. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Mix all ingredients together with mixer. Heat in small crock pot, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
