1 lb. ground beef
2 cans diced tomatoes
3/4 cup frozen corn, rinsed and drained
3/4 packet taco seasoning
1 can tomato sauce
1 can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
cilantro (optional)
In skillet or saucepan (not non-stick), brown ground beef plenty until brown and crumbly. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer. Serve with sour cream, grated cheese, and corn or tortilla chips.
