Pineapple Ham Glaze

Whisk together in saucepan:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbl. cornstarch or flour
1/8 tsp. salt
7-8 oz. crushed pineapple (with accompanying juice)
1 Tbl. lemon juice

After whisking thoroughly, turn to medium-heat and cook until thickened and bubbly.  Serve warm or cold with ham.  Great for Easter or Christmas dinner!
