1 small box lemon jello--dissolve in 1/3 cup boiling water or pineapple juice (from drained fruit)
3 oz. cream cheese--Stir into warm jello mixture
Allow jello to cool just a bit, but don't let it start to set.
Fold in 1 large container Cool Whip (or 1-1/2 medium containers).
Fold in the following:
1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup coconut
10 oz. pineapple tidbits, well-drained
8 oz. canned mixed fruit, well-drained (minus the grapes)
Chill in serving dish.
