For 4-6 lbs. of turkey breast or boneless, skinless chicken breast/tenders:
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup 7-Up or Sprite
1/2 cup oil
4 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Marinate raw meat for a few hours or overnight. Grill.
For 80 lbs. of meat, multiply recipe by 8.
