2 cubes + 3 Tbl. margarine (I use Blue Bonnet)
9 Tbl. cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix margarine, cocoa and sugar well. Add eggs, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Mix in flour and nuts.
Grease and flour a sheet pan.
Spread mixture into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
Remove from oven and lightly cover top with mini marshmallows. (Or you can spread one jar (7-10 oz.) of marshmallow cream over hot brownies...it spreads as it melts)
Return to oven on BROIL and watch closely until they are lightly golden.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Frost with chocolate frosting. Cut with a plastic disposable knife for best results.
