Orange-Zucchini Muffins

Bowl #1: Whisk together
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 Tbl. orange zest
2 Tbl. orange juice (use the orange you used for the zest!)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup packed brown sugar

Bowl #2: Whisk together
1-1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Fold both bowls together and add 1 cup finely grated zucchini.  Also stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional).  

Pour batter into 12 greased muffin cups.  Sprinkle each one with 1/4 tsp. sugar.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 min.
