Honey Half-Wheat Bread

5 cups hot water
1/3 cup honey
6 cups wheat flour
3 Tbl. yeast
2/3 cup oil
1 Tbl. salt
5 cups white flour+ more, as needed

Soften yeast in some of the water.  Mix water, wheat flour and honey until wet.  Add yeast mixture.  Mix briefly.  Add oil, salt, and 5 cups white flour. Add some more flour until dough pulls away from sides of mixer.  Knead and divide into 4 portions.  Let rise.  Bake 35-40 min. at 350 degrees.
