1-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
4 Tbl. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
Stir ingredients until not lumpy. Dry hot dogs with paper towel so batter will stick. Deep fry in oil at 370 degrees 'til dark brown.
