2/3 cup heavy cream
1 Tbl. butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbl. corn syrup
Heat heavy cream in microwave until it starts to bubble around the edges. Remove from microwave and add other ingredients. Slowly stir until chocolate is melted. Can also use an immersion blender for a smoother ganache.
