Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
11 oz. finely grated carrots
Mix sugar and oil together. Beat in the eggs. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the grated carrots. Spread in prepared pan and bake for 20-25 min. Frost with cream cheese buttercream.
