Malted Toffee Pretzel Blondies

1-1/2 cups lightly packed brown sugar
1 cup (2 cubes) unsalted real butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3 Tbl. malted milk powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup toffee bits
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup coarsely chopped malted milk Whoppers
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pretzels

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.  Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick spray, line with parchment and spray again.  Cream both types of sugar with the butter for a couple of minutes.  Add the eggs and mix well. Add malted milk powder and vanilla.  Reduce the speed and add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.  Mix just until incorporated.  Mix in toffee bits, nuts, chocolate chips and Whoppers.  Press mixture into prepared pan, carefully spreading to even out to all edges.  Press chopped pretzels into the top of batter.  Bake about 35 minutes until edges are darker brown and center is browned.  Cool completely before lifting out of pan to cut.  Can use sharp bench scraper to cut into small squares.
