Raspberry Honey Butter

Mix all ingredients together with a heavy mixer for 5-8 minutes on high.  It will look separated at first, but will come together and be soft and fluffy the more you mix it.  Store in sealed container in the refrigerator.  Makes a lovely gift in a little jar with a nice loaf of bread or some homemade rolls!

3/4 cup real butter, softened
3/4 cup raspberry jam
1/2 cup honey
1/8 tsp. vanilla
