Fruity Chicken Salad


Put inside a croissant for a yummy luncheon sandwich!

4 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 large can pineapple tidbits, well-drained
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup red grapes, halved
1/2 cup raisins, craisins, or golden raisins (optional)


Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbl. lemon juice
1 Tbl. sugar, or to taste
salt to taste

Whisk dressing ingredients in small bowl.  Combine salad ingredients in large bowl.  Toss dressing ingredients with chicken mixture and chill several hours.
