1/2 cup popcorn kernals, popped
12 oz. white chocolate chips
Pretzels or nuts, if desired
M&M's or sprinkles to match the current holiday, if desired.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave at 40%-50% power, stirring every 30 seconds. Put popcorn (and any pretzels/nuts) in large greased bowl.
Pour warm melted chocolate into a quart-sized zip-lock bag. Snip off corner of bag and drizzle 1/3 of the chocolate over popped corn. Carefully toss popcorn. Drizzle another amount over popcorn and toss to coat. Do this one more time until all chocolate is used and popcorn is covered.
Spread on waxed paper and immediately add any M&M's or sprinkles you'd like to use, before it sets. Allow to cool.
