Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Treats

Line 9x13 pan with parchment, so they'll come out of pan easily.
(Or spray pan with non-stick spray)

In medium-size saucepan, over med-high heat combine and cook together 'til it barely begins to boil:
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar

Remove from heat, then add:
1 cup peanut butter

Stir until smooth.
Pour over 6 cups Rice Crispies Cereal

Pack into prepared pan.  Allow to cool.  Cut and enjoy!

For chocolate topping:
Melt 1-1/2 cups milk chocolate chips on low in microwave, stirring frequently.  Spread over top. Cover and allow to chill in fridge before cutting.

For "Scotcheroos":
Melt 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips with 3/4 cup butterscotch chips on low in microwave, stirring frequently.  (Continue as above.)
