Deviled Eggs

Hard-boil desired amount of eggs:
Cover eggs with water in pan.  Bring to a simmer and simmer on med-low for 20 min.
Drain boiling water and cover with cold water and ice.  Allow eggs to cool completely.

Peel eggs and slice each egg in half.
Put yolks in bowl--or you can use a small food processor for smoother filling.
Add almost-equal amounts of Mayonnaise and Miracle Whip.  (Use more Miracle Whip than Mayo) 
Add desired amount of salt and pepper.
Stir and add more of desired ingredients.  (No mustard or relish!)
Spoon into egg-halves--or use frosting bag with large, open tip to fill eggs.
Sprinkle with Paprika.
Great at picnics and for Easter dinner!
