Spray 9x13" pan with non-stick spray and line with parchment.
Melt together over med-low in saucepan:
1 cube butter
7 cups mini-marshmallows
Stir until smooth and melted.
Pour over 7 cups Rice Crispies and stir until coated.
Use slightly damp or greased hands to press mixture firmly into pan. Allow to cool and set before lifting out of pan (with parchment) and cutting.
