Chicken Salad

4 cups finely diced, cooked chicken
5 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
1 cup finely diced celery
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste

Stir ingredients together, adjusting as desired.  Serve in a roll or bread as a sandwich or on crackers for a healthy snack.  Great as travel food for ski trips or picnics!
