Chocolate Drizzle

1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vegetable oil or shortening

Combine in a sandwich-size Zip-lock bag.  Microwave in 15-second intervals--smooshing bag each time until all is combined and smooth.  Cut off tiny corner and drizzle over desserts.  You can leave it in a drizzle-look, or you can drag a toothpick through it to create a more decorative-look!  If you need to take it somewhere, let it harden a bit before covering with plastic wrap, so you don't smudge the look!
