1 Tbl. yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1 Tbl. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/4 cups flour
Soften yeast in warm water. Add rest of ingredients. Knead on floured counter. Shape into "snakes" and form into pretzels. Brush with 1 egg, beaten. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min. until golden. Brush with butter and top with cinnamon/sugar mixture.
