Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Sheetcake

4 eggs
1-3/4 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 can (16-oz) pumpkin (about 1-3/4 cups)
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Chocolate chips (about 2/3 cup mini chips)

Beat eggs, sugar, and oil until fluffy.  Add pumpkin and mix thoroughly.  Add dry ingredients.  Mix well.  Spread into sheet cake pan, which has been greased and floured.  After spreading into pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 min.  Cool completely.  Frost if desired.

Frosting (optional):
1/2 pkg. (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cube margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
