2 Tbl. yeast
2-1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup (1 cube) butter, softened
2 tsp. salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
4 cups all purpose flour
Soften yeast in warm water. In separate bowl, mix sugar with eggs, butter, and salt. Mix in yeast mixture. Stir in flour. Knead on floured counter. Cover in greased bowl and let rise. Roll out dough lightly and cut like tiny biscuits (with top of small glass). Put on greased pan touching each other. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees until golden. Brush tops with more butter when done.
