In a med-size saucepan, combine the following:
1-1/2 cups water
1 small box (3 oz.) orange jell-o
1 small box "Cook & Serve" vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 Tbl. Kraft Minute Tapioca granules
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. As soon as it reaches a boil, turn to medium and continue to stir for 1 min.
Remove from heat and stir in 1-1/2 cups cold water. Put in fridge to cool for at least an hour.
When it has cooled, but is still smooth to be stirred, carefully fold in:
1 container whipped topping (8 oz. size)
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained completely
Pour mixture in serving bowls and chill completely until serving time.
