Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are best when eaten warm and gooey.  They are not as yummy the next day.  So instead of saving the cookies 'til the next day, just save the dough and bake them warm and fresh when you're ready!

2/3 cup butter-flavored shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbl. sour cream
1-1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup MINI semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix shortening with sugars.  Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.  Add dry ingredients.  Mix in chocolate chips.  Drop by rounded spoonfuls (or use small scoop) on parchment-lined cookie sheet.  Bake at 375 degrees for 10-11 min.  This batter keeps well in fridge for fresh-baked, gooey cookies when needed!
