Split a loaf of French Bread or a baguette in half the long (horizontal) way. Spread softened cream cheese on both halves. Sprinkle fresh blueberries on one half. Close loaf up and wrap in plastic wrap for a few hours or overnight. When ready to eat, slice loaf (the regular way). Dip pieces carefully in egg mixture (as you would when making regular French toast) and fry on buttered griddle.
